TARGET GROUP
You can participate in the test without prior training if you have work experience in the field, basic training or other knowledge and skills.

In order to participate the Hygiene Passport test, you must have a valid official identification (official ID/passport or Finnish driving licence).

Tavoite

GOAL
Those who work in the food industry must have basic knowledge of food hygiene in order to ensure food safety. The Finnish Hygiene Passport for the food industry was developed to promote food safety.

Aim of the test is to perform the hygiene passport, which can demonstrate your hygiene skills when required.

On the website of Finnish Food Authority you will find Electronic hygiene passport test.

Use of Translator is not allowed during the test.
